NAD+ is having a moment: podcasts, biohackers, celebrity drips. Some of the excitement is earned and some of it is marketing. Here’s the version I’d tell a friend.
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, which is why everyone says NAD) is a molecule your cells use constantly: it’s central to turning food into energy and to running your cells’ repair machinery. It isn’t exotic; you’re making and spending it right now. Two facts make it interesting: your levels decline with age, and that decline tracks with a lot of what we experience as “aging”: lower energy, slower recovery, foggier focus.
The biology is solid: NAD+’s role in cellular energy and repair is textbook science. What’s still being studied is how much benefit restoring levels delivers, for whom, and for how long. I won’t promise you a longer life. Anyone who does is ahead of the evidence. What clients consistently report after NAD+ infusions is real but humbler: steadier energy, clearer thinking, better recovery from hard weeks. For people managing chronic fatigue alongside autoimmune conditions, some report fewer wiped-out days. Those are reports, not certainties, and that’s how we’ll always phrase it.
Our Longevity Path starts with the Cellular Reset, months of clearing out the buildup from stress, poor sleep and daily life, before stepping up to the Cellular Rewind, where NAD+ joins the formula. Repair works better on a clean foundation; that’s the whole logic of the sequence, and it’s also why the Rewind is a monthly rhythm rather than a one-off stunt.
NAD+ runs slower than our other bags. Pushed fast it can feel flushed and uncomfortable, so we don’t push it fast. Plan for a relaxed session at home. Your nurse stays the entire time and adjusts the rate to how you feel.
People thinking in seasons, not mornings: aging well, recovering faster, staying sharp. If that’s you, start with the Reset, and let’s build the foundation first. That’s the honest road, and it’s the one we’d put our own family on.
